Spending time outdoors helps us appreciate the beauty and diversity of the natural world. It fosters a sense of belonging and respect for the environment.

Activities like hiking, climbing, or walking improve cardiovascular health, strength, and stamina as you know.

Immersion in nature reduces stress, anxiety, and depression while boosting mood and creativity. It’s often referred to as “nature therapy.”
