The Monastery is located on that cliff so you will also climb up to the monastery through rock steps. There are three small temples on the stage you climbed up. While you’re searching about the Monastery you’ll find several meditation caves. There are several ovoos (spiritual sets made by a pile of stones) on the top of the cliff and monuments dedicated to natural deities.

You’re going to do a lot of hiking and climbing here. But it will be worth trying since you’re going to see a beautiful display of nature on top of the Mountain. It provides an opportunity to connect with nature, recharge, and engage in activities that foster well-being and mindfulness. In August, it is possible to collect wild berries in the woods.

Spending time outdoors helps us appreciate the beauty and diversity of the natural world. It fosters a sense of belonging and respect for the environment.

Activities like hiking, climbing, or walking improve cardiovascular health, strength, and stamina as you know.

Immersion in nature reduces stress, anxiety, and depression while boosting mood and creativity. It’s often referred to as “nature therapy.”
